Payment

Payment must be made in full when placing an order unless you are having personalised items made.  Payment can be made by PayPal (no account required), Stripe, or I can take debit or credit cards over the phone via Sum up.

 Personalised Items

Items can be made to order, the process will be that once a design and price has been accepted, an invoice will be issue. If there are any changes to the design then a new price will be agreed upon, if the change is made by the customer then you must agree to the new price before any changes may be made. If the change is down to myself, I will endeavour where possible to absorb the cost but reserve the right to alter any quote.  Personalised items require a 30% deposit on ordering (non-refundable) and the balance will be due 7 days prior to delivery.    We will agree a time scale and you will be contact by email to be advised when the items are ready for delivery, balance must be paid 7 days prior to your despatch date.

Please ensure that all information on anything that has been personalised is correct before an item is made.

Postage 

Postage is by weight and is calculated at checkout.  You have the option of 1st class recorded delivery or 2nd class recorded delivery, for local delivery in Dundee city is £2.00.

Some items may be sent by myhermes, due to size and weight.  I will send to your email address a link, to your tracking information for myhermes. 

International orders is £20.00 per order.

Prices may increase over period of time but will only apply to future orders made.

 

Delivery

I will aim to post all items within two working days.

Contract is formed on all orders, standard and personalised, on dispatch.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Standard Orders

You can cancel any standard orders, if the item has already been despatched please refuse the item and it will be sent back to me, I will then refund on receipt of items.  Once delivered, any returns will be at your own expense, unless found to be faulty.

Refunds for all returns will be refunded once they have been examined. Confirmation will then be sent. 

Contact must be within 14 days of delivery, and returns must be sent back 14 days after notification.

 Personalised orders

You can cancel any personalised orders once started, but you may not be refunded any deposit that you may have paid, especially if items have been ordered in for you and my time.

Personalised orders are exempt from refunds unless faulty, but if they become faulty, please get in touch.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty within 30 days, you can return the item back, for refund, however if on receipt the item is not faulty, you will either have the option to have the item resent back yourself, or refund will be actioned on original order only.

If faulty, I will refund your postage back to me.

After 30 days, I have the choice of refund, replace or repair, but I will take into consideration your preference.

In the first instance please email me with photographs of the damage.

 Please be aware, if you alter an item, or repair an item and it later becomes faulty,

Downloads

By downloading digital product content within 14 days, you waive your right to cancel, so therefore no refunds can be given once you have downloaded the content.  If you wish to exercise your right to refund, you must not download any content and contact me for refund.
